WellesleyWeston Magazine Contest Conditions

• Does not include airfare, taxes, gratuities or surcharges.
• Open only to residents of Weston or Wellesley, Massachusetts.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Black out dates: Memorial Weekend, month of June, July 4th weekend.
• Trip must be taken by April 30, 2007.
• Couple’s massage and private dinner must be booked in advance of arrival.

1. Participants must be 25 years or older to qualify and/or win.
 
2. Winners must provide name, address, phone number, date of birth, and social security number.
 
3. All prizes are nonrefundable and non-redeemable.
 
4. No cash substitution will be available.
 
5. Prizes may not be sold nor be used in direct promotion of any business.
 
6. Winner shall be solely responsible for all applicable taxes, fees and duties, including any federal, state or local taxes.
 
7. No employees of Elm Bank Media, LLC, WellesleyWeston Magazine or any organizations or agencies affiliated with them and their immediate families shall be eligible to participate.
 
8. Winners shall, if requested, execute a liability release. Failure to sign a release shall result in forfeiture of the prize.
 
9. Participating contest winners agree to have their name used in any advertising relating to the contest and must sign a waiver stating so prior to receiving the prize.
 
10. Failure to comply with contest rules may result in disqualification.
 
11. We do not make any warranties regarding the safety, condition, or fitness of any prize awarded, and shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the winner through the use of any awarded prize.
 
12. Winners of any contest must claim the prize within thirty (30) days of notification or the prize will be forfeited.
 
13. Winners of prizes consisting of trips or spa packages must book such trips at least sixty (60) days in advance, and may not be scheduled during holiday periods without permission of the owner of the facility.
 
14. No material or any portion of this website may be copied, duplicated, or reproduced without our written consent.
