Over 100 local high-end brokers attended the private open house at the 16,463 square foot Henderson House, 99 Westcliff Road in Weston, listed at $7,795,000. The New York City broker discussed the challenges and benefits of today’s luxury market followed by a question and answer session hosted by Benoit Mizner Simon & Co. principals Debi Benoit, Amy Mizner and Sheryl Simon.
