WECO Hospitality is solving Thanksgiving dinner with its ‘Everything but the Turkey’ menu this year, featuring nine side dishes, soups, salads and special sauces. WECO Hospitality is a chef-prepared meal delivery service with a focus on fresh, local, and ethically-sourced ingredients. Founded by Chef Gavin Lambert and Rachel Amiralian-Lambert, WECO Hospitality quickly became a household name in Greater Boston since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, providing individuals and families with restaurant quality meals. Since launching, WECO Hospitality has opened two kitchens, in Acton and Somerville, Massachusetts. WECO’s weeknight meals can be picked up from both locations and delivery is also available in the Metro-West and Greater Boston areas.
The ‘Everything but the Turkey’ Thanksgiving dinner menu by WECO Hospitality will give families the opportunity to pick from nine freshly prepared side dishes, three salads, two soups and two sauces. A standout sauce includes WECO’s Turkey Gravy, internally known as “Turducken Gravy” made with turkey trimmings, chicken stock, and duck fat. Each dish will serve 3-4 people. Side dishes are $25.00/each; soups, salads and sauces are $15.00/each. Orders can be placed in advance online at wecohospitality.com. Meals will be available for pick-up and delivery on Wednesday, November 25th. A portion of Thanksgiving menu purchases will be used to feed food insecure families in WECO’s local community on Thanksgiving.
