Saul Cohen, President and Co-founder of Hammond Residential Real Estate, is pleased to announce that Hammond has won two Americas Property Awards for Best Real Estate Agency and Best Real Estate Agency Marketing from the International Property Awards. Hammond competed against a number of real estate firms throughout the United States to receive this recognition.
The Americas Property Awards are part of the long established International Property Awards, one of the world’s most prestigious competitions for real estate agencies around the world. The award winners’ logo is recognized as a symbol of excellence throughout the global industry. All competition entrants are rigorously assessed by a judging panel consisting of over 70 highly respected experts from all over the world, chaired by two active members of the House of Lords: Lord Caithness and Lord Best.

The Americas Property Awards are broken down into four geographical regions: Canada, the Caribbean, the United States, and Central and South America. Awards were given out for each region’s most exceptional real estate agencies, lettings agencies, property consultancies, and individual real estate agents.
