Michael and Kim LaRoche own and operate Pampered Puppies, a new business at Linden Square. They affectionately call all dogs “puppies,” and believe they benefit from a little time away from home, hanging out with other puppies. They are renovating 159 Linden Street and plan to open early in the new year. The new store will enable expansion of their services beyond grooming to include daycare and training and will feature an indoor dog park.

The Fells Branch Library is returning to its roots as a place for young learners. Originally a one-room schoolhouse, it is one of Wellesley’s oldest buildings, and in 1923 it became the Fells Branch Library. The renderings of Johnson Roberts Associates have been brought to life by Sean Reidy of Charles River Custom Carpentry and Jason Sawtelle of Blackbeak Studios.
