Lux Nails and Spa Now Open in Wellesley

Lux Nails and Spa has recently opened at 555 Washington Street in Wellesley.  The salon features a waiting area equipped with computers so customers can check e-mail or work while they wait and enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.  Store manager Khiem Nguyen says that Lux decided to expand their business by opening another salon in Wellesley (the first is in Duxbury).  A signature feature is the open manicure bar with built-in nail dryers at each station, the only one of its kind in the Wellesley area.  A $25 manicure/pedicure introductory special is currently being offered to new clients and Lux Nails is also offering discounts on waxing, body massages, and use of the sauna steam room.  Students receive a ten percent discount on all services.  Assistant manager Ha Dinh says that Lux will never over book appointments because they are “about quality, not quantity.”
