Lux Bond & Green completes successful re-certification from Responsible Jewelry Council
New England’s family owned jeweler successfully completed their second independent audit to demonstrate that their business practices conform to the strict international RJC code of business for ethics, human rights, and social and environmental performance. In addition they verified that they regulate their diamond supply chain following the laws governing the Kimberly Process and the Patriots Act. This independent audit conducted by UL Responsible Sourcing Inc. reviews responsible supply chain, human rights and labor conditions as well as health and safety within the organization’s seven locations.
Lux Bond & Green has continued to be a pioneer in the United States Jewelry industry through their leadership to ensure that the jewelry community assists the entire supply chain through beneficiation and a strict moral standard to all the stakeholders. This ethical code of conduct has been a trade-mark of the family owned and operated jeweler since its inception in 1898. The Green family continues in leadership positions within the industry focusing on advocacy for corporate responsibility, the environment and their employees.
