Breast Cancer Awareness month is around the corner, and this year Lyn Evans has decided to support the American Cancer Society by sponsoring a Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk team to participate in the October 14th Making Strides Walk in Boston. Our company is launching a month-long campaign to raise funds and introduce our customers to the American Cancer Society and all the amazing work they do in the fight against breast cancer. This cause is very personal within the Lyn Evans community, as Lyn herself is a breast cancer survivor and a strong advocate for the Making Strides mission. We not only are asking our friends, family, and close customers to help support with donations, but are also inviting anyone interested to join TEAM LYN EVANS and walk with us that Sunday in Boston!
We also have 2 events happening at each store this month in which Lyn Evans and our partners will be donating a percentage of sales towards our team goal:
– Saturday September 29 at the Christopher Blue Trunk Show in Wellesley, Matt Reimer, rep for Christopher Blue, will be donating $5 for every customer who tries the CB line
– Wednesday October 10th is an in-store shopping fundraising day with raffles and more, with a portion of the day’s proceeds being donated to our team goal.
