Wellesley and Weston are at the forefront of a little houses trend. Before youhuff “impossible” and start quoting statistics about tear-downs, look closely. These tiny houses are in your very midst. You’ll never find them by poking around on real estate listings or in Town Hall Assessors’ Office records. These timy houses don’t boast coffered ceilings or radiant heated floors, and they don’t offer enough suuare footage to keep even a family of squirrels in open-floor-plan comfot. They’re not decorated in tasteful materials. In fact, the’re furnished with only one thing, in a pattern of riotous colors–books.
