Make your New Year resolution a reality. Roberts, an internationally recognized nutrition researcher, will discuss the diet she developed at Tufts University. Eighty-five percent of participants in Dr. Roberts’ research program lost 10 to 50 pounds in the first six months, and ninety percent of them kept the weight off for at least a year. Copies of her book, The Instinct Diet, will be available for sale, courtesy of Wellesley Books.
This event will be held in the Wakelin Room of the Wellesley Free Library from 7 – 8:30 pm. Free and open to the public.
