On Sunday, February 28 in the Wakelin Room of the Wellesley Free Library, there will be a children’s Madhubani Painting workshop. A folk painting of northern India, the art of Madhubani or Mithila painting is passed form generation to generation. Artist Sunanda Sahay presents a hands-on Madhubani stencil craft workshop for ages 5 to adult. Register for one of the two available session times (either 1:30 to 2:15 or 3 to 3:45) at the Library.
