People are under more stress now than ever before. According to a Harris Interactive poll last year, 75 percent of adults reported that the economy has caused stress in their lives. Many of these individuals will develop one or more of a number of stress-caused, debilitating illnesses, including insomnia, heart disease, arthritis, gastrointestinal problems and more. April’s National Stress Reduction Month is shedding light on this important issue.

To help Metro West residents rid their bodies of the ravaging effects of stressors, Healthy Habits Kitchen (, a company dedicated to helping busy families eat healthy, today announced an event designed to provide a practical framework, tools and techniques to overcome hurtful past life events and shape an empowered personal future.
