The second annual Garden Party at the Gardens at Elm Bank was held on Thursday, June 15.  Attendees had a unique look at the renowned neoclassical Manor House of the 36-acre estate and enjoyed the grandeur of the Olmsted designed Italianate Garden. One of the many majestic rooms of the Manor House was decorated by lead designer Stephanie Chlan of Stephanie Chlan Interiors of Wellesley.  Guests also learned about the vision for the years leading up to Mass Hort’s 200th Anniversary in 2029.

Wellesley’s Divine Design+Build celebrated the opening of a new sister showroom, Divine Design Center, in Boston.  300 guests were treated to live music by La Vie En Rose and European cuisine prepared by Chefs Kurt Von Kahle and Paul Turano.  The 8,000 square-foot, total-living concept showroom is the largest in the area.  Co-founders Mariette and Magued Barsoum built relationships with designers and manufacturers from Austria, Germany, Spain, and Italy to bring together a modern collection.

Exciting changes are happening at Thayer Academy Middle School.
