sculptureThe Rivers School in Weston, is offering a variety of both on-site and online summer courses which are open to all students regardless of where they live or attend school.  All the classes, both online or on-site, are limited in enrollment to between 10 and 12 students.

For high school-aged students, online courses include “Topics in Economics” (for students who have completed Algebra 2), “Big History” (for students entering grades 11 or 12 in September), “Experiential Writing” (for students entering grades 11 or 12 in September), and “The Art of Writing” (for students entering grades 9 or 10 in September. “Computer Programming” (for students entering grades 10, 11, or 12 in September) is being offered on-site.

For middle school students, the following on-site courses are available:  “Robot Mysteries:  Problem-Solving for the 21st Century,” “Growing and Giving: a Service Learning Program,” “Ceramics and 2D/3D Art,” and “Writing Workshop.”
