With his family’s real estate background, Wilk was inspired to begin his career upon graduating college, developing and establishing his client relationships that continue to fuel his passion for the industry today. Honesty and integrity are two of the defining characteristics of Wilk and his work ethic, which led to his appointment as a Director for the Greater Boston Association of Realtors (GBAR) in 2013. Between GBAR and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, Wilk has served as a Director at the local or state level for every year since, while also proudly serving on the Professional Standards Committee. Wilk has been featured on HGTV’s “My Lottery Dream Home” and ABC affiliate, “Chronicle.” Wilk, who lives in Needham, also serves on the Board of Directors for the West End House Camp, a non-profit summer camp for boys in Maine.

Shulkin, began her career in accounting/finance, spending time at both Goldman Sachs and Fidelity Investments as a former CPA, before making the transition into real estate in 2003. Acknowledged as the top producer at her former firm for 5 out of the last 7 years, she attributes her strengths to her innovative marketing and branding experience, a strong financial background, as well as an unparalleled loyalty to her clients. Most recently, Shulkin was featured on the cover of Boston Agent Magazine’s coveted “Who’s Who in Real Estate” issue. Additionally, Shulkin has a successful real estate blog and social media following that compliment and add to her clients’ real estate experience. Shulkin aims to be the “forever” realtor for all clients; her relationships grow beyond the closing table.
