The Room to Dream Foundation, dedicated to creating healing environments for children and adolescents facing chronic and debilitating illnesses, is pleased to announce they will be hosting ‘The Carnival of Dreams’ on Saturday, March 19th  at the Artists for Humanity EpiCenter, 100 West 2nd Street, Boston, MA. NECN’s co-host of “TV Diner” Jenny Johnson will serve as the Event Chair and the evening is hosted by WCVB-TV’s Susan Wornick.

Recognized last year by Biz Bash as one of the premier events of 2010 – this year’s The Carnival of Dreams promises to be even bigger and more exciting with a “new twist” to the old time carnival theme. The evening features music and entertainment, premier prizes including diamond earrings as well as both a live and silent auction. Auction items range from private dance lessons from Supershag Dance Studios to a behind the scenes tour of The Franklin Park Zoo. Other items also include: a complimentary weekend stay at the Liberty Hotel, two tickets to Alvin Ailey in Providence, autographed sports memorabilia, tickets and more!

A highlight of the event is the special menu featuring delicious dishes from Boston’s most renowned restaurants and chefs, including: Dunn and Gaherin’s, Bond, The Biltmore, The Local 149, Fiorella’s Express, Jo Brasserie and more. The restaurants’ creations will be featured as “Small Tastings.” Double Cross Vodka and Sierra Nevada Brewery are the featured beverage sponsors for the event.
