This year, they announced that Sharon Mendosa and Kevin Balboni of Engel & Völkers Concord are the recipients of the Engel& Völkers Brand Advancement Award. The award is presented to the Engel & Völkers North America real estate advisor who has demonstrated consistent best practices in marketing, advertising and social media to achieve their overall business goals.

The award was announced during an exclusive ceremony at Engel & Völkers’ annual Exchange event, this year hosted at the Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Colinas.
Kevin and Sharon also earned their place in the Top 10 Real Estate Teams in North America with the highest Gross Commissions earned. This is a huge achievement that solidifies their success as top agents and Advisors-not only in their community, but in North America.
In addition to the brand advancement award and Top 10 Teams, Kevin and Sharon won the Elite Club Award in the Chairman’s Circle for their continued success and Elite Club status.
