IMPULSE by Adamas Fine Jewelry and Wellesley ABC join together for a shopping event to raise awareness and funding for this extraordinary charity that changes the lives and opportunities for five young women.
IMPULSE by Adamas Fine Jewelry will be hosting a shopping event on May 29, 2013, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., where supporters of Wellesley A Better Chance (ABC) and locals alike, can mingle and learn more about the charity while shopping for fabulous graduation gifts and more. Guests will receive a discount on their purchases that day and IMPULSE will donate a percentage of all sales to the cause.
Wellesley ABC is part of a national organization that changes the course of lives for young women. Selecting five academically talented teen-aged scholars of color from disadvantaged communities, ABC provides housing and financial support while the girls attend Wellesley High School for four years. Residents and businesses collectively provide this financial support, hence the need to raise funds through various events.
IMPULSE owner, Veronica Sagherian noted, “We’re excited to take part in the Wellesley ABC fundraising efforts this year, and as a new local business, we’re proud to join with Wellesley residents and other businesses in support of this great cause.
