Dust off those dancing shoes! There is a great place for your teen to go that is both safe and fun – The Wellesley Teen Center. The next dance and activity night for middle school kids is October 13, 2012 from 7:00-9:30 pm at Wellesley Middle School. All students who attend Wellesley Middle School or reside in Wellesley are invited to attend all Teen Center events. The theme for October is “bring a friend.” Each student is encouraged to bring a friend from another middle school, however, it’s not a requirement.
Admission is $5 and $10 for friends. Pizza, snacks and drinks will be available for $1 per item. If this is a child’s first visit to a Teen Center event (including friends), a signed permission slip must be shown at the door on the night of the event. Permission slips may be downloaded from the Wellesley Recreation Department website at ci.wellesley.ma.us.
Drop off and pick up will be at the Wellesley Middle School auditorium entrance. No one will be permitted to leave the event until 9:30 pm, except with a parent or designated adult. Wellesley Middle School behavior and dress code guidelines apply.
